Goal: Another dental startup, Dr. Damji had moved to Seton in Calgary knowing a creative strategy was important.
Strategy: A marketing campaign targeting new families in the SE
Calgary area was devised. This included a newly designed website, a promoted Facebook video of Dr. Damji, a branded email campaign, and Google AdWords campaign.
Results: Seton Family Dental Centre was able to see 25-30 new patients per month for its first 3 months of opening, some from word of mouth and 5-10 from online.
Goal: Aurora Dental Group is a group of three dental practices that needed to stand out in its current markets in Lacombe and Sylvan Lake, AB, as well as increase new patients at its newly opened practice in Red Deer, AB.
Strategy: Luc Vanderham, having already planned and overseen the new Red Deer practice build, worked to tell a story of family-friendly dentistry and honest dentists amidst what can sometimes be described as a distrusted, painful experience for dental patients. This would then be promoted online, within the clinic, and using mailers.
Results: Aurora Dental went from booking no patients online to booking 90 + patients it’s first month and continued to average 60+ new patients per month.
Strategy: Having experience in social media management from The Wood Auto Group in Calgary, Alberta, this was a logical fit. A content calendar, weekly branded blog, and contests were planned to attract new insurance clientele.
Results: Monthly post engagement increase of 20% and new leads that contributed to a monthly goal of 90 new leads.
Goal: Homestead Custom Carpentry Inc. needed to improve their online presence and online renovation leads.
Strategy: After we discussed their story and consulted next steps, we began an SEO-ranking campaign for local renovation keywords, as well as a website redesign and new marketing copy that reflected the story of the clients.
Results: We were able to double their monthly new client calls and continue to advise on new opportunities in Red Deer and area.
